Where can I find the Security Number or CVD on my credit card?

Visa & MasterCard: Your CVD will consist of 3 numbers that are located on the back of your card at the very end of your account number. On some cards, the code may also be located on the back to the right of the signature.

American Express: Your security number is located on the front of your card and consists of 4 digits.

How old must I be to use and/or place an order at

By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older (or of legal age to access adult-oriented content in your region).

Where is my order shipped from?

Aren't We Naughty is a proudly Canadian company. We process all of our orders, both domestic and international, from our 40,000 sq/ft warehouse located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you pay by credit card, your credit card company will convert automatically to your domestic currency value & in many cases the exchange rate & conversion will appear on your CC statement.

Can I pay for an order by Cheque or Money Order?

Please note, for your privacy and convenience we also accept Interac Online, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you would like to place an order without using our online shopping cart, we do accept mail, fax or email orders, payable by Cheque or Money Order. However, we do not ship out the order until the payment is confirmed by our bank. If you agree to these terms, simply mail, fax or email us with the items you want. Include the Product Code, Name, Quantity, Price (and color or size where applicable) and your shipping address. We will get back to you with the total cost including taxes and shipping (if applicable). Then you can mail in the Cheque/Money Order and once the payment is processed we will ship the order.

Can I use a store gift card for an online purchase?

At this time, our website does not accept store gift cards as a form of purchase.

Can I order by phone?

Sorry, we are not able to handle telephone orders at this time.

How old must I be to enter an Aren't We Naughty store?

By entering one of our stores, you agree that you and anyone accompanying you are at least 18 years of age or older.

Are the prices on the same as your retail stores?

For the most part yes. However, some products are offered at a reduced price online. This is because we can pass on the cost savings of shipping directly to our customers. All prices are applicable to online purchases only. Store prices may vary and occasionally Online or Retail store specials may be different. Coupons for Online and Retails locations are independent from each other.

Are all the products available online carried in the retail stores?

Not necessarily. Although our stores carry a large selection of our items, they do not stock all 2000+ products that appear on our website. If you have seen a product in the stores that you do not see online (or vice versa), please contact us & we will arrange a special order at no additional cost.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else and possibly opened. How long does it take to receive my order?

Will anyone know what is in my shipment?

No. We understand discretion is important to some customers. All orders are packaged in either a plain corrugated box or bubble envelope & they are not marked with the "Aren't We Naughty" name. For complete details, see our shipping information page.

Why does my product appear to be opened?

As with any responsible retailer, we strive to sell you a working product that you will be happy with and can use right out of the box. To make sure of this, we test all products that require batteries or a charge before they are shipped to you to ensure that they are functioning properly. This process involves carefully opening the package in a clean environment and inserting batteries or plugging the product into a power source to go through the functions. This is for your protection and is the same process that is done before every sale in one of our brick and mortar stores.

There are so many choices on your website, I can't decide what to buy!

Aren't We Naughty is proud of the large selection we offer. If you are unsure of exactly what you're looking for, try applying some filters to narrow down your search. 

For example, if you are looking for a rabbit vibrator made of silicone and don't feel like looking through the entire vibrator selection, follow these simple steps. 

1. Select Sex Toys For Women from the menu.
2. Select Vibrators.
3. Click the arrow that says Types.
4. Select Rabbit Vibrators.
5. Click the arrow that says Materials.

You can add or delete variables to further narrow down your search.

Why does my product look different than the picture on the website?

We try our hardest to accurately represent each and every product that we sell. Some companies may change the appearance of their product without notice. As such, there may be minor differences in the product you receive compared to the image(s) on our website.
