COVID-19 UPDATE:


We are currently experiencing larger than usual order volumes as well as delays with incoming shipments of new stock that may increase the processing time of some orders. Should there be any issue with the items you have ordered, a representative will be in contact. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be issued via email. This number will become active once Canada Post receives the item into their system.

At this time, Canada Post is also experiencing several causes of delays. This includes higher volumes of mail, labour disruptions or shortages, confirmed cases at sorting facilities, and technical issues with scanning systems. Due to these complications as well as their suspension of service guarantees we are unable to anticipate an exact delivery date for shipments. Other delays beyond our control may occur.

We are working to get order shipped and delivered as safely and quickly as possible. We thank you for your support and understanding during this time.

Sales

Aren't We Naughty reserves the right to end a sale at any time for any reason and/or to restrict sales based on product availability. Select items are not eligible for a further discount unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Will anyone know what I've ordered?

We ship all of our orders in discreet, plain boxes or bubble envelopes. We do not send any invoices or catalogues by mail. Our company name will not appear on the parcel or shipping label. How can I cancel an order? For any questions or requests regarding your order, please email orders@arentwenaughty.com. Please let us know of any cancellations as soon as possible.

Where can I find the Security Number or CVD on my credit card?

Visa & Mastercard: There will be 3 numbers will be on the back of your card near the signature or listed at the end of your account number. American Express: There will be 4 digits on the front of your card.

How old must I be to use/order from ArentWeNaughty.com?

By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or older (or of legal age to access adult oriented content in your region). This applies to our store locations as well.

Where is my order shipped from?

We are a proudly Canadian company. We process all of our orders from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.

We can accept cheque or money order, but the order will not be shipped until payment is received completely.

You must send a list of the items and quantities you want to order as well as your complete shipping information to orders@arentwenaughty. A staff member will verify the order and provide you payment information.

Can I use a gift card for an online purchase?

At this time our website does not accept Aren't We Naughty gift cards.

Can I order by phone?

All orders must be placed through our website.

Why are the prices different from your store locations?

While many items are a comparable price, we are able to offer some products at a reduced price online. This is because we can pass the cost of shipping directly to our customers. Pricing can also depend on guidelines or restrictions from the supplier. Our retail and online stores may also run different sales/promotions. Any online/store coupons, sales, or promotions are independent from the other unless stated otherwise.

Are all the products the same as the store?

Not necessarily. There are some items we can offer as a web-exclusive and some items are in-store exclusives.

New items almost always hit our stores first, so look out!

If a store location does not have the item you are looking for on hand, our staff may be able to arrange a transfer of the item from another store or they can request the item be re-ordered. Please see our in store staff for details.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns due to the nature and usage of the products we sell. To elaborate, would you want to use a product that may have already been shipped to someone else and possibly opened? If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us or see our Shipping Information page.

When will my order ship/arrive?

We try to ship out orders as soon as possible! Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.

Why does my product look like it was opened?

Our goal is to make sure every product that leaves our warehouse is functional for you, ideally right out of the box! To make sure this is the case, electronic products are tested by a staff member in a clean environment. This process is also done in all of our store locations. Why does my product look different than the website?

While we try to keep all of our listings up to date, sometimes a supplier may change the appearance of a product or packaging without notice. This may cause a discrepancy until we can update the website.
