Method 1
Simply fill the main reservoir with warm (not hot) water, and screw on the 5" plug. Apply your favourite lubricant, insert and squeeze. Water will spray out of the 4 holes at the tip.
Method 2
There is an included hose connector that lets you hook the 5" plug directly up to your shower hose. Once connected, apply your favourite lubricant, insert and squeeze. Water will spray out of the 4 holes at the tip.
