Device came defective no support from Aren’t we naughty after multiple emails

Purchased device and was suprised how fast it came. I noticed the slip that they test the device to ensure it is working, and left it to to charge for a few hours. After three hours nothing. Tried using one of those old iPad blocks which is double the voltage of a regular cell block, got maybe 10 seconds and died.

Sent an email to customer support and to the orders email addresses and nothing. Pretty disappointing that there’s been no communication.

Decided to buy from another retailer and purchased instore. Bought the lower end version. Let me tell you, the device I ordered for this review was either damaged when opened or damaged when tested. The buttons on the handle feel depressed/damaged. Maybe it was damaged before it was tested but whomever tested it should have noticed how the handle felt and the lack of charge. The device I purchased elsewhere, it feels sturdy and works as I expected. Sadly lost out on my money and as again no replies from aren’t we naughty except this email for a review, highly disappointed. I won’t ever bother ordering from them or shopping in their stores.
