Couldn’t receive package

I ordered the item. Two weeks later I emailed asking for shipping information. I sent a second email two days after that. Received a UPS tracking number. Found out item had attempted to be delivered three time but required a signature so UPS sent the package back. I’m in the process of getting the item shipped back to me. No results yet.
