First and foremost, we understand discretion is important to many of our customers. All orders are packaged in either a plain corrugated box or bubble envelope & are not marked with the "Aren't We Naughty" name anywhere on the packaging. 

Delivery Times

When choosing your method we will provide you with the estimated delivery time in business days (after order fulfillment) based on your method and shipping destination. The time it takes for you to receive your order varies based on the method you choose and the shipping address.

Please note:

  1. If you choose to inform us that you would like your parcel left at your door without a signature, you will be releasing Aren't We Naughty and Canada Post from all liability for the package after delivery. Getting a signature allows us to ensure that the package was safely delivered, and it is advised to keep this feature with all shipments.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost may vary by method and shipping destination. If you are having your order delivered to Canada, you may qualify for free Expedited shipping if your subtotal is a minimum of $49 (some exceptions may apply). If you do not qualify for free shipping when you choose your method, you will be shown what you need to do to qualify for free shipping and will be given the option to modify your shopping cart before checkout. Free shipping is also applicable in addition to any sales, promotions or order discounts. Please use the "Shipping Calculator" link at the top of this page to find out if you qualify.

We do not make money on shipping! At AWN we use flat rate shipping costs. Your shipping costs (if any) are based on the average order size and weight from our warehouse to the shipping Province/State provided using the method of your choice.

Order Invoices

Aren't We Naughty moves forward in its goal of reducing our impact on the environment, all order invoices will now be sent via email. To ensure all important documents are received, including your invoice, please be sure to supply a valid email when making your purchase.

Order Fulfilment

We operate Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. All orders placed before 10:00 am will go out same day if possible (orders with Allure are not guaranteed to ship same day as they are special order and/or there could be a backorder situation, please read below). We do not fulfill or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Therefore orders placed on Friday after 10 am through Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday (or next business day if there is a holiday). If your order will experience delays for any reason relating to stock availability, a customer service representative will be in contact with you by e-mail

All orders are packed in either plain brown boxes or bubble envelopes. We do not put our logo anywhere on the packaging. Our return address is our corporate information: 748485 Ontario Ltd.

For increased security purposes, orders that are above a certain value may be shipped to the nearest PO box address and will include a customer identity confirmation upon delivery.


If an item ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we usually try to have it transferred in from one of our retail stores. If we are unsuccessful in finding the item, a customer service representative will be in touch with you by email to provide a few options. We may suggest a similar in-stock item as a substitute, backorder the item so we can ship it as soon as it is back in stock, or short the item from the order, refund the cost and ship the rest of the order.

We are usually unable to estimate when a back-ordered item will be available. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we have no control or knowledge of the manufacturing schedule. When we run out of something, we order more from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has the item in stock, the wait is usually less than two weeks. If the manufacturer is out of stock, the wait can be several weeks to several months. For items by Allure, we will be able to give you an approximate date of when they will be back in stock.

Testing Procedures:

To ensure that only quality product reaches our customers, we test electronic items before they leave our warehouse. This process includes starting up an item, running an item through its functions, making sure it charges, and checking that all included accessories are present. 

If you do not wish to have your items opened and inspected, please email with your full name and order number to let us know. If you choose not to have the item tested, you are releasing Aren't We Naughty from liability if the product is non-functional, broken, or in poor operating condition upon arrival.


Please note that these policies are for online purchases only and are not applicable to purchases made in Aren't We Naughty store locations.

Methods of Payment

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Interac OnlineandPayPal.

Please note that all our prices are in Canadian Dollars. If you would rather not use your credit card online, we do accept mail or email orders, payable by Cheque or Money Order. Simply mail or email us a list of the items you want, be sure to include the product id, product name, quantity, price (color / size/ etc. where applicable) and your shipping address and phone number/email address. We will then get back to you with the total cost including applicable taxes or shipping. You may then mail in the cheque/money order to us and once the payment is processed we will ship the order.

Please note that we do not take phone orders. All inquiries will be directed back to the website.

Returning Products Purchased Online

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, please check the package to make sure there is no carrier damage. If the package has significant damage and you feel this might have potentially damaged the items inside, do not open the package, but mark the package Return to Sender and return it.

Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. As a result of this policy, we test all products requiring batteries before they are shipped to the customer to ensure they are functioning properly. This is for your protection (note: due to our testing policy, you may see certain products factory sealed packaging carefully opened to complete the product test).

Lingerie: Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable by law, but this is for your protection as well. By law, thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.

When you purchase a product on Aren't We Naughty's website, we carefully open the packaging and inspect the product to ensure that all electronic aspects are working and that it is generally in good condition. During the checkout process, there is an option that says NOT to do this that says, "I DO NOT WANT you to examine any electronic product(s) before being shipped" if you wish us to do this. If this option has been marked, you are releasing Aren't We Naughty from liability if the product is non-functional, broken, or in poor operating condition upon arrival.

Even with our testing policy, if you still find an item to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within three (3) business days from delivery) regarding the issue. Please note we are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error and will not deal with goods that have been used. All claims will be handled on a case by case basis and will be up to the discretion of Aren’t We Naughty. Please note: Aren’t We Naughty stores cannot assist you with any issues regarding an online purchase. All online claims must either be e-mailed through our Contact Us page or call our helpful customer service staff at 905-499-3698.

Included with all orders are a Product Information Sheet and a Warranty Sheet. The Product Information Sheet provides information on how to properly insert batteries and how to properly clean products. The Warranty Sheet provides all information pertaining to any warranty’s that may apply to vibrating toys. Doc Johnson, California Exotics and BMS Enterprises have stipulations on their warranties, please read the sheet for complete details.

Valid Refunds

Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or if we have determined that the product is defective.
