Wow, its finally arrived. Its been 25 years since I started my own business...

Sex is wonderful, sex is great, sex is FUN! Come celebrate and see why sex is not a bad word anymore. Aren't We Naughty is celebrating its birthday and loving couples since 1983.

I take this time to also celebrate Walter Biscaia from Heritage Real Estate for supporting my dream and leasing space to me way back when we were both young. Walter is a forward thinker and is still my landlord and real estate broker today. Thank you Walter.

I will be at the store in Brampton on Saturday. I encourage all past customers who remember me to drop by and say hello.

Time for Change

May was planning. June is change.

I changed our Director of Operations and the title. Now Aren't We Naughty has a new dynamic General Manager, Elisa Fidani.

Elisa loves our business and I've known Elisa for about 7 years off and on through a personal friend. I have followed her career and happened to ask my friend how she was doing in her latest position. The next thing I know, he set up and barbeque at his place where we chatted in private for a half an hour and one further dinner a week later and now as you know, Elisa is at the helm.

Elisa loves marketing and management and understands our business. She is passionate about the web, and the need for growth.

Elisa reports to me and has full control. Please welcome Elisa to Aren't We Naughty.

London Calling

Well I just got back from a very interesting 4 days away.

Left at 11:00pm and landed at 1130am the next day. Went to see a customer who is new for me and it was really torturous to get there. Only because I was cheap! I thought it was the best way to go. Down in the underground, and up and down flights of stairs with my suitcase and two other bags, then finally three hours later, I arrive at my station. The contact there then gave me instructions to go left...for 5 to 10 minutes...I thought it was right, but then thought I must be wrong. I walked left for 15 minutes to the downtown core and no customer. It ended up being right. The buyer who gave me these instructions really felt bad and to me it was no big deal. We all make mistakes. Met with her for what seemed like an hour but i know I went perhaps two hours. What can I say, she was soooo very friendly, attractive, powerful and best of all, easy to talk to, so of course time flew bye. When I get going I can talk. Normally I'm quiet.

By 6 pm I was on the road again or the tracks as I left by train heading to Bournemouth for the next two hours. Bournemouth is a beautiful perfect town on the south coast of England.

The next morning its Thursday and ABS's show begins. I'm lucky, I'm a special guest there invited to show my goods to his customers. I feel honoured to be in the company of California Exotics. Thursday and Friday, we show and talk to my customer's, customers. Friday night is the big night. However this Friday night was different. First a fight broke out that was under control quickly. As I was going to see what was going on, one of my favourite characters who is 63 years old and super friendly had a heart attack and didn't make it.

Dave Cottee was a very special guy. He didn't really know me, but always spent time with me every year. He loved people and will leave a lot of them very sad. He was so lovable and will never be forgotten.

I left Saturday morning and caught an earlier flight home. Congrats to the staff at ABS for putting on another great show. Their humour and dedication is always outstanding.

Home Sweet Home

China is a great place to visit for business but not for vacation in my opinion. Its fast pace and traffic can make you a bit crazy. Hey Maggie, how about this coke? Anyway, its time to worry about that is going on at home now and we have some really cool swimsuits that have just arrived. Made in Brazil. Boy are they hot. Thanks for my contact from Brasil who found me on Skype. She found me and wanted to sell me Lingerie and I ended up buying swimwear. You can floss your teeth with this and its in the stores now. I also have a bondage line called Punishment coming. Its impressive product and will arrive in 60 days. I visited the factory and wow, it is cool and busy. I will forge a long term business relationship with them and you, the customer will love their products. Also because we buy from the factory, you will receive huge savings. Our first trial order is in the stores now, and one of my stores emailed me recently and thanked me for the great prices and selection. I love that feedback! The photo to the left is in front of a middle east store in China, I couldnt' resist having a bit of home here..... The next trip in Tuesday May 13 where I'm off to Bournemouth, England. This is a great trip and I go to see my good friend Tim. He has a whack of stores and distribution. Great guy and he is a great customer of our own private brand. I go there to promote our brand with his customer. So wish me luck, it should be fun.

Deep in China

April 21,2008 Deep in China.

I just bought a sim card for my cell phone. Wow super cheap. Its the only way to communicate here. Text messaging.

Anyway, yesterday I was in our factory inspecting our MiVibe assembly procedures and going over the production of the 5" Executive Power Bullet. Both are looking Great check out the MiVibe Production.

Here are some photos of the production of the Executive Power Bullet. We treat these factory workers excellent. Competition within China with workers is tough. A good trained worker is valuable. They love me when I come I always have something for them.

Lingerie Show

Well apparently the lingerie show did very well according to my mini survey. So maybe the Economy isn't all that bad in the USA.

We really bought a ton of stuff at this years show. The most ever. Kim who is now in charge of buying did a great job. I'm proud of her. Look for some great stuff in our stores within the next two weeks. We move fast.

That also reminds me of some Hot Brazilian Swimwear This stuff you can floss your teeth with and is stunning. If you are looking for tiny suit, you've come to the right place.

The weather has been great and I've walked a lot this week. From my hotel to the Rio Suites. I measured the distance on Google Earth to be 2.5K. Not bad and that takes about half an hour at a brisk walk and I do walk fast.

Well now is the Masters weekend. I love it. Its spring, my golf course is having its opening cocktail party Sunday which means its opening soon and who wouldn't love that. Enjoy the air, its Spring - Finally!

A Good Thing

I love Skype.

It is like a giant ham radio and you can talk to anyone in the world. So often I will leave my skype in Skype Me Mode. This tells people they can say hello and chat. Aside from the pesky people from Africa and specifically Ghana where everyone seems to have a computer, I love it.

One lady who contacted me was here in Toronto. She was Russian and she was a good person. She was married to a web guy and she was also very computer literate. So every two months or so, she would see me on line and want to chat, often I would not reply for various reasons or say I can't chat at this moment, but we did chat the odd time. Two weeks ago our chat led to her saying she bought a house in Mississauga and she was really getting bored not working. I tried to help her. A guy in my Graphics department lives close to her and is also can speak Russian. Bottom line, we hired her and she is the happiest person in the world. Let me at her for a couple of weeks to fix that... No seriously, I'm in heaven to be able to make someone so happy. So far so good. She is working out. Now it has been over a week.

I'm at the Airport ready for Vegas and the lingerie show. I will take this time to spend some quiet time and do some writing. Later in the evening I will play Video Keno and have some FREE beers.
