All shipments are made via Canada Post. Canada Post delivers around the world.
When placing an order we will ask for your shipping address. Once provided, you will then be given one or more shipping methods based that shipping address. The shipping methods provided are the standard methods provided by Canada Post.

U.S.: 1. Standard Air Mail 2. Expedited 3. Xpresspost
International: 1. Regular
The shipping cost vary by method and shipping destination. Depending on your order subtotal - you may qualify for free shipping (standard method). If you do not qualify for free shipping when you choose your method, you will be show what you need to do to qualify for free shipping and given the option to modify your shopping cart before checkout. We do not make money on shipping! At AWN we use flat rate shipping costs. Your shipping costs (if any) are based on the average order size and weight from our warehouse to the shipping Province/State provided using the method of your choice.
Our warehouse is not open to the public, so orders, returns or exchanges cannot be made in person.

When choosing your method we will provide you with the estimated delivery time in business days (after order fulfillment) based on your method and shipping destination. The time it takes for you to receive your order varies based on the method you choose and the shipping address.
Complete orders placed on weekdays before 9:00 am are fulfilled and shipped the same business day. We do not fulfill or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Therefore complete orders placed Friday through Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday. If your order will experience delays for any reason relating to stock availability, a customer service representative will be in contact with you by e-mail.
If an item ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we usually try to have it transferred in from one of our retail stores. If we are unsuccessful in finding the item, a customer service representative will be in touch with you by email to provide a few options. We may suggest a similar in stock item as a substitute, backorder the item so we can ship it as soon as it is back in stock, or short the item from the order, refund the cost and ship the rest of the order.
We are usually unable to estimate when a backordered item will be available. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we have no control or knowledge of the manufacturing schedule. When we run out of something, we order more from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has the item in stock, the wait is usually less than two weeks. If the manufacturer is out of stock, the wait can be several weeks to several months. For items by Allure Leather we can usually get items within one week because their warehouse is very close to ours.
You may cancel backorders at any time by contacting us.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post in either a plain corrugated box or bubble envelope depending on the size and shape of the products ordered.
Our company name Aren't We Naughty will not appear on the shipping label, we use our numbered corporate name: 748485 Ontario Limited.
For shipments within Canada, nothing on the outside of the package will indicate the nature of the products inside.
For U.S. or International shipments, as required to clear customs, a very generic (non descriptive) term for the type of goods inside will show in small print on the shipping label. Examples include Massagers, Novelties or Lotions.
On the day your order is shipped, when we create your shipping label through Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation e-mail showing the shipping method and destination. At the bottom of the email there is a link to Canada Post's website to the tracking log so you can see the status of your shipment.
Canada Post shipment tracking is available to all Canadian shipping methods. However, for U.S. orders, shipment tracking is only available for Expedited & Xpresspost shipping. Canada Post does not provide a shipment tracking log for standard air mail shipping.
