For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. please note that all our prices are in Canadian Dollars. If you would rather not use your credit card online, we do accept mail or email orders, payable by Cheque or Money Order. If you mail or email an order we can have your order processed by a customer service representative. However, we will not ship the order until the cheque/money order clears with our bank. If you are ok with this, simply mail or email us with the items you want. Include the product id, name, quantity, price ( color / size / etc. where applicable) and your shipping address and phone number. We will then get back to you with the total cost including applicable taxes or shipping. Then you can mail in the cheque/money order to us and once the payment is processed we will ship the order.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening to make sure there is no carrier damage. If there is significant damage that you feel might have potentially damaged the items inside, please return the package to sender.
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, we do not accept returns. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else. As a result, it then becomes necessary to test all products requiring batteries before they are shipped to the customer to ensure they are functioning properly. This is for your protection (note: due to our testing policy, you may see certain products factory sealed packaging carefully opened to complete the product test). Further, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well. but it is also the law. By law, thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
Even with our testing policy, in the event that you still find an item to be damaged or defective, please contact us regarding getting it replaced and providing you with an RMA number. However, we are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
In order for us to accept a return for damages or defectives, it must be approved through one of our customer service representatives. this means you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, it will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. Important: packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Once issued an RMA number, simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, with any manuals, accessories, etc. and the invoice.
For your convenience, if residing in Ontario, Canada, you have the option to drop off an RMA to one of our retail stores. However, it must be pre-arranged between the store and customer service. Please mention this to the customer service representative when requesting the RMA.
Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or if we have determined that the product is defective.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. Important: in the event that a returned order has items missing, the return may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount (if applicable).
If a customer refund is required for product or shipping costs, then for purchases made by credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase products online, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. in the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.
