  1. What currency are the prices displayed in?

    All prices are in Canadian dollars. If you pay by credit card, your credit card company will convert automatically to your domestic currency value & in many cases the exchange rate & conversion will appear on your CC statement.     While shopping on the site, listed beside the current Canadian Dollar selling/sale price we have displayed the estimated conversion for the currency of your choice. When changing the estimate price to US dollars, British pounds or Euros, these prices are only approximate to give you an idea what it will convert to. All transactions are actually settled by our banks the following day! Since we can't know future currency rates the Non-Canadian estimates are only approximate.

  2. Can I pay for an order by Cheque or Money Order?

    You can place an order without using your shopping cart online, we do accept mail, fax or email orders, payable by Cheque or Money Order. However, we do not ship out the order until the payment is confirmed our bank. If you are ok with this, simply mail, fax or email us with the items you want. Include the Product Code, Name, Quantity, color or size when applicable and your shipping address. We will contact you with the total cost including taxes and shipping (if applicable). You then mail in the Cheque/Money Order and once the payment is processed we will ship the order.

  3. Can I order by phone?

    Sorry, we are not able to handle telephone orders at this time.

  4. Are the prices on ArentWeNaughty.com the same as your retail stores?

    For the most part yes. However, some products are offered at a reduced price online. This is because we can pass on the cost savings of shipping directly to our customers. All ArentWeNaughty.com prices are applicable to online purchases only. Store prices may vary and occasionally Online or Retail store specials may be different. Coupons for Online and Retails store are independent.

  5. Are the all the products available online carried in the retail stores?

    The stores carry the majority of what you will see online. Allure lingerie is an exception as the stores will not carry the entire catalog. If you want to try on an item that a store does not have, it can be ordered special and delivered to the store.
    The stores do have a larger selection of adult novelties, such as cards, party items and gift wrapping.

  6. Can I return my order?

    Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else.   8. Will anyone know what is in my shipment?
